Neil Spring writes psychological chillers, many of which are inspired by real events. His debut novel, The Ghost Hunters, achieved ‘bestseller’ status, has been adapted into a critically acclaimed television drama for ITV.
His second novel, The Watchers, concerns UFO sightings during the Cold War and is also in development for television.
In 2017, he published The Lost Village, a ghost story about the haunting of the abandoned Imber Village. The Burning House, set on the shores of Loch Ness, is his fourth novel.
